You need to fill out a pre-call questionnaire 24 hours in advance, and the call is limited to one participant unless you get approval for more. Terms and Conditions for the Free Growth Hour
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the free growth hour (“the Call”) provided by Unlock Growth Ltd (“the Company”) to potential clients (“the Participant”). By participating in the Call, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Call implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Both parties must ensure they are aware of and agree to these terms before engaging in the session.
2. Non-Compete Clause
The Call is reserved only for businesses not directly competing in the Company’s market segment. The Company reserves the right to refuse calls with potential competitors, job seekers, and students.
3. Pre-Call Questionnaire Submission
Participants must complete a pre-call questionnaire at least 24 hours before the Call to help tailor the session to their specific needs. The questionnaire can be accessed via the following link: https://forms.gle/DNQUvastNY3WgEcn8.
4. Single Participant Restriction
To ensure focused and confidential discussions, the Call is limited to a single participant per business unless explicitly approved in advance. Participants are encouraged to email the Company before the Call if they wish to invite a second participant.
5. Rescheduling Policy
Calls can be rescheduled by following the link provided in the email. If rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled Call, the Participant must notify the Company via email to the email address in the Call confirmation email. The Company reserves the right to deny future call scheduling if the Call is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours without proper notification.
6. Duration Limit
The free Call is limited to 60 minutes. The total allocated time for the Call, including preparation, call, and note-making, is 2 hours. The face-to-face session is limited to a maximum of 60 minutes. Additional time or consultations would require separate engagement terms.
7. Medium of Delivery
The Call will be conducted via Google Meet video calling. Participants must ensure their video and audio are working and turned on. Video calls without an active webcam are not permitted.
8. Consent to Advice Scope
The scope of advice provided during the Call is limited to the information shared by the Participant. Any missing or incomplete data may impact the relevance and applicability of the suggestions provided.
9. No Guaranteed Results
While the advice aims to provide value, no specific outcomes or guarantees are promised as a result of implementing the suggestions provided during the Call.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
The advice given during the Call is for informational purposes only. The Company is not liable for any actions taken or not taken based on the session’s content.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality over any sensitive information shared during the Call, unless legally required otherwise. Participants may send any Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) they wish to have digitally signed prior to the Call.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
The Company reserves all rights to any proprietary methods or frameworks used during the Call. Participants should not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these without permission.
13. No Endorsement of Third-Party Services
Any recommendations for third-party tools, agencies, or software provided during the Call should not be interpreted as a formal endorsement or guarantee of performance.
14. Call Recordings
Permission to record the video Call for quality, note-making, and reviewing purposes will be sought. Recordings will be made with explicit consent and will remain private.
15. Limited Follow-Up
Any post-call follow-up is optional and should not be construed as an extension of the Call or a guarantee of further engagement.
16. Non-Solicitation
Participation in the Call does not obligate either party to engage in future paid services or imply a contractual relationship beyond the session.
17. Jurisdiction
Any potential disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Edinburgh, Scotland, which is the Company’s primary location and business headquarters.
By participating in the Call, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
