How do we get started?

Your time is valuable, and starting afresh can feel overwhelming. 1. Goal setting

We’ll briefly review the status quo and agree upon what good looks like. Good = What we aim to and can achieve in the first three months and the following three. The goals will be the basis for every strategy and initiative we’ll work on.

2. Positioning and messaging

Positioning and messaging are the foundation of all successful marketing efforts. We’ll craft a compelling value proposition that sets you apart from competitors and resonates deeply with your target audience. This clear and consistent messaging will ensure that every communication—online, in-store, or through ads—amplifies your brand’s unique strengths and drives customer engagement.

3. Metrics + strategy tracking

I’ll start by establishing a key weekly metrics spreadsheet (to track and keep our focus on the numbers that matter the most) and an incremental strategy document (to log all discussions, initiatives, and learnings).

4. Weekly reporting

We’ll set up weekly check-in calls for reporting and course alignment. I recommend a 45-minute video call once a month and 20-minute video calls for the other weeks.

5. Tactics validation

I’ll implement a small number of prioritised tactics. I’ll observe, learn, adapt, and iterate those tactics.

6. Tactics scaling

I’ll make recommendations for scaling (doubling down / adding more budget) on tactics that show promising growth.

7. Systematisation

Some tactics can run on their own. Other tactics need systematisation—dedicating a team member or external person to periodically manage and maintain the tactic by following our playbook.

What’s the investment and value?


£1,249/month

Preferential Package

For £1,249 (no VAT) a month, you’ll receive senior marketing leadership, tailored strategies, and hands-on execution that directly impacts your bottom line. We’ll also continually assess the ROI of each initiative to ensure you’re getting the most value from your investment.

You’ll benefit from about 10 hours of my partnership time each month. The workload will be higher for the first few months, so I’ll allocate additional hours upfront and adjust the following months accordingly. I’ll maintain and share a transparent, high-level record of how my time is invested in your business.

My standard hourly rate is £165 per hour. You’re getting a preferential package, paying only 75.69% of my hourly rate. I recommend an initial engagement of three months with a review and renewal based on mutual agreement beyond that. You have complete flexibility to terminate the contract at any point. No notice period is required. In the case of termination by you, any remaining credit for unused hours will be calculated and refunded/adjusted by applying the standard hourly rate of £165 across the discounted units of time provided. Payment terms will be £1,249, paid upfront by Direct Debit each month.

Ad spend costs, and any tools or external vendors will be in addition to my fees and billed directly to you.

Instead, we’ll grow by learning what truly resonates with your audience—and we’ll stop anything that doesn’t—so you don’t waste your resources.

I’ll spend time learning about your business, market, and, most importantly, customers. Within the first week, I’ll already be in your systems, digging into reports and finding the opportunities hiding in plain sight. You’ll feel like you’ve added a key player to your team—a partner who knows your business inside and out and is just as invested in your success as you are.


What’s the timeline and next steps?

We’ll discuss your status quo over an initial 60–minute in-person meeting or video call. If I sense a strong match for my growth expertise, I’ll invite you to provide access to your systems, analytics, reports from agencies/freelancers, etc. I’ll spend half a day combing through and auditing everything. I’ll schedule a meeting to present my findings and a proposal for our partnership. Once I have your go-ahead, I’ll send a standard contract for you to review and sign.

Upon agreement, we’ll begin our collaboration as soon as my availability permits. In the first week, we’ll focus on goal-setting and positioning, with the aim of launching initial tactics within two weeks. We’ll have our first performance review within a month, where we’ll assess the initial impact and make any necessary adjustments.
